Cheese-Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Wash in water and drain to remove excess grease.
    Beat well with whisk all of the eggs.
    Add milk and mustard; beat again.
    Add cubed bread and sausage; mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
