Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vinegar
1 bottle red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream sugar, Wesson oil and eggs.
Beat well.
Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Mix cocoa and red food coloring together; add vinegar.
Mix well.
Add this to eggs and sugar mix.
Beat. Then add flour, alternately with buttermilk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes in round cake pans.
