Apple Mousse(Russia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 apples
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. gelatin
    Sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stew apples in water until soft. Grate apples through sieve, add sugar, vanilla, gelatin and egg whites to apples and whip until fluffy. Serve in a glass or bowl. Makes 4 servings.
