Blueberry-Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. blueberries
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon peel and salt.
    Make a well in center.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add this mixture all at once to flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
    (Batter will be lumpy.)
    Carefully fold in blueberries.
    Grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
    Fill each 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    If desired, dip tops of baked muffins in melted butter and sugar (1/4 cup melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar).
    Makes 12 muffins.
