Hominy And Almond Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. coffee creamer
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2 1/2) can hominy
1/2 c. almonds, toasted
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Mix
all
the
ingredients,
except hominy, almonds and bread crumbs, over a low fire until blended.
Drain hominy and place
in a\tbuttered casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture over hominy. Cover
with
bread crumbs.\tAlmonds may be mixed with soup\tor sprinkled on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Excellent with turkey, ham or barbecue.
