Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 to 2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    dash of salt
    8 c. thinly sliced pared tart apples
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (9-inch) unbaked crusts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry.
    Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
    Stir in apples.
    Turn into pastry-lined pie plate.
    Dot with margarine.
