Fruit-Top Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie oleo
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
3 (0.9 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit
2 Tbsp. raisins
6 (4 oz.) lean boneless center cut chops
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
Preparation

Melt oleo in a nonstick skillet.
Add celery and onion; cook, stirring constantly, until tender.
Add stuffing mix, dried fruit and raisins; toss gently.
Set aside.
