Great Beef Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
2 large yellow onions, sliced in thin rounds
salt
pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 or 7 medium size potatoes, peeled and sliced in thin rounds
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Brown ground beef; set aside.
Mix milk and soup in saucepan; heat until smooth.
In a 9 x 13-inch glass dish, start to layer ingredients; put potatoes on bottom, then some sliced onions, then beef.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then dribble some soup on top.
Layer again and again until pan is full or ingredients are gone.
Top layer should be soup.
Coat all potatoes on top with a little soup to prevent drying.
Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until potatoes are done when pricked with a fork.
Serves 6 to 8.
