Broccoli Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, gently cook onion in margarine until wilted.
    Stir in the mustard, then the cheese spread.
    Gradually stir in the soup.
    Add broccoli and rice; stir gently.
    Put in buttered casserole dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    Put onion rings on top of casserole before baking.
