Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked potatoes, diced
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. stuffed olives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, water chestnuts, salt and pepper.
    Partially cook the bacon.
    Pour potato mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with crumbled bacon and olives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
