Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

2 c. whole kernel corn
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced Monterey or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. corn meal
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preparation

Generously butter 2-quart casserole. Puree 1 cup of corn with butter and eggs in blender. Mix remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour in pan. Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. May be frozen, but thaw completely before heating up.
