Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/4 c. water
2 c. carrot sticks
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. green pepper strips
2 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 1/4 c. instant rice
Preparation
-
Drain pineapple.
Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of margarine until tender.
Add water, carrot sticks and bouillon.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
