Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Butter a 1-quart casserole dish.
Drain juice from pineapple and mix cornstarch with this juice, stirring until no lumps appear in the mixture.
Add the eggs, sugar, the pineapple and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, mixing well.
Pour the mixture into the casserole.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon on top. Put little pats of butter on top of the whole thing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold.
