Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oatmeal (not instant)
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour hot water over oatmeal, let stand while you cream eggs, sugar, cooking oil and brown sugar. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until done.
