Frozen Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad dressing
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. (13 1/2 oz.) can drained pineapple tidbits
    1 c. (1 lb. can) chopped, drained apricots
    1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    few drops food coloring
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Gradually add dressing to cream cheese, mixing well.
    Stir in fruit, sugar and food coloring.
    Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Freeze.
    Unmold on platter.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
