Stroud Peanut Corn Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. peanut butter
1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn (2 c.)
2 eggs, beaten
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/8 tsp. pepper
paprika
Preparation

Stir peanut butter to soften.
Blend in corn, then eggs.
Stir in bacon and pepper.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for about 45 minutes, or until firm in center.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
