Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup (I use low-fat)
2 c. chicken broth (I use low-fat)
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Cut chicken into small pieces and place in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
(I use all white meat.)
In saucepan mix and bring to a boil chicken broth and soup.
In another bowl combine melted magarine, flour and milk.
Mix thoroughly to form batter.
Pour broth mixture over chicken.
Spoon batter over top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
