Broiled Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. orange roughy
    salt and pepper
    onion powder
    lemon juice
    fresh parsley, chopped (or dry)
    olive oil
Preparation
    Rinse fish.
    Soak in cold water with 1 tablespoon sea salt. (Sea salt takes the fishy taste away).
    Soak until ready to use. Brush olive oil over fillets.
    Season with salt, pepper and onion powder to taste.
    Drizzle lemon juice over fillets; sprinkle with parsley over all.
    Broil until fish begins to turn light brown, or until flakes with a fork.
