Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chop suey meat
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 c. onions
    2 c. celery
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Bring to boil and simmer one hour or until meat is tender. Add soy sauce (as desired); cook 1/2 hour.
    Add one can bean sprouts and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch.
    Top with Chinese noodles over rice.
