Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 medium potatoes, diced
    3 medium pieces celery, diced
    1 large carrot, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and cook in 4-quart pan 3/4 full of water.
    Add salt and pepper.
    When cooked, do not drain.
    Add after cooking the butter, milk and cheese.
    Stir constantly until melted.
    (A little thickening may be added.)
