Turkey Spinach Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 qt. tomatoes, drained
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 corn tortillas
    1 can chopped green chilies
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Prepare ahead.
    Cook meat and onion in skillet; drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, spinach and taco seasoning.
    In bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk and garlic powder.
    Arrange 6 tortillas in 9 x 13-inch dish (cut to fit).
    Spoon in meat mixture.
    Spread chilies and 1 1/2 cups cheese over meat.
    Cover with 6 tortillas, add soup mixture and smooth over.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle casserole with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with sour cream and hot sauce.
    If ground beef is substituted, substitute cream of golden mushroom soup.
