Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head green cabbage
1 large green pepper
1 medium onion (optional)
1 c. cherry tomatoes (optional)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
-
Rinse cabbage.
Remove dark, tough outer leaves and shred. Core and cut pepper into thin rings.
Peel onion and cut into thin slices.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
