Ingredients

5 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
4 c. sugar
1 small pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
Preparation

Combine
the
diced
rhubarb,
pineapple and sugar in a saucepan and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Slowly bring to a boil;
reduce
heat
and
simmer for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the strawberry gelatin and stir until dissolved. Fill
jelly
glasses
to
1/4
inch
from the top.\tCover with melted paraffin wax.
