Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 c. (7 1/2 oz.) crabmeat, flaked
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Rinse and pat dry mushrooms.
Remove stems and brush caps with oil.
Place on buttered baking dish.
Combine crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs with melted butter.
Sprinkle over crab mixture. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Yields 12 stuffed mushrooms.
