Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crushed tomatoes
    2 cans water
    olive oil
    1 medium size onion
    3-4 fresh garlic cloves
    3-4 sun dried tomatoes
    1/4 c. fresh basil
    salt, pepper, hot pepper (optional) to taste
Preparation
    Put a good amount of olive oil in the pot. Saute chopped onion and finely chopped garlic in olive oil. Add crushed tomatoes and water. (For a thicker sauce, add half the amount of water). Add chopped sun dried tomatoes. (Add more sun dried tomatoes for an even better flavor.)
    Add salt, pepper, hot pepper and fresh basil. Simmer for about an hour and spread over your favorite pasta.
