Party Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. breadcrumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
oil for browning

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, and roll into 1 inch balls and brown and drain.
