Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 large green peppers, chopped
    2 cans (4 oz.) diced green Ortega chilies
    1 (#16) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cilantro
Preparation
    Lightly brown the pork.
    Add onion, garlic and green pepper and saute.
    Pour mixture into a crock-pot.
    Add chilies, tomatoes, salt, oregano and cumin.
    Add cilantro if you have it.
    Add water. Cook 4 to 5 hours on high, longer if you want.
    Thicken to taste with flour (if you like).
    Serve on large tortillas topped with cheese (burritos).
