Italian Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 1/2 family size bags Mozzarella
1 thawed frozen dough (bread loaf)
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain off grease, but keep the grease.
Use Pam on cookie sheet; preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Roll out dough, but not too thin.
Sprinkle Parmesan on dough and then sprinkle 1/2 Mozzarella.
Put on cooked sausage and then rest of Mozzarella. Roll up the dough and make sure there are no open gaps anywhere (especially on sides).
When you put on the cookie sheet, make sure the top of the roll is on bottom of cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, then brush grease on top of loaf and bake 15 minutes more.
