Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. soft butter
3 c. 10x sugar
2 drops peppermint oil
1 drop red food coloring
Preparation
-
Mix cheese, butter and 10x sugar. Mix in oil and color.
Roll into balls; compress into molds. Dry 2 hours on wax paper. Freeze or refrigerate.
