Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small onion
5 hard boiled eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Preparation

Mash eggs.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
For a dip, use more mayonnaise to make thinner. This is real good on wheat thin crackers!
