Auntie Gae'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices of bread
1 lb. sausage
1 c. sharp grated cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Tear up 4 slices of bread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Brown, drain and crumble 1 pound of sausage, cut and crumble over bread.
Sprinkle 1 cup of sharp grated cheese over sausage.
Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste and pour over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
Prepare the night before and refrigerate if desired.
