Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten together
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans or 1/2 c. raisins or both

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
