Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
3/4 stick margarine
salt
pepper
Preparation

Combine broccoli, mayonnaise, soup, eggs and onion.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in casserole; sprinkle cheese over top.
In a frying pan, melt margarine and mix in stuffing.
Put stuffing mix on top of broccoli.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
