Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 can refried beans
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. Texas Pete (add more if desired)
    1/2 c. or more grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. or more grated Monterey Jack cheese
    sliced jalapeno peppers
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    1st Layer:
    Brown ground chuck and drain well.
    Add taco seasoning and follow instructions on back of envelope.
    Pour meat into oblong baking dish.
