Squash Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed squash
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1/4 c. Carnation milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel, cube, stew and drain squash.
    Mash well and measure to make 2 cups.
    Mix well, adding coconut last.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven in greased pan until brown and inserted knife in middle comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
