Wild Rice Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. chopped ripe olives (black)
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. wild rice, washed and soaked overnight (white rice can also be used)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. hot water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain water from rice.
    Mix all ingredients in an ungreased casserole, saving a little of the cheese to garnish the top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Good with steak, chicken and salad.
