Stuffed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pounds round steak-use meat tenderizer and mallet to pound thin
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion sliced very thin
    1 small green pepper slivered
    2 tablespoons sliced stuffed olives
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1 tablespoon minced pimento
    1 can/jar mushrooms sliced (whatever is on sale)
    1/2 cup packaged bread stuffing
    A pinch coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Cut beef in half making 2 slices 1 1/2 inch thick.
    Cook garlic, onion, green pepper in butter and saute until soft but not brown.
    Blend in soup, drain mushrooms & add with olives, pimento, stuffing & pepper.
    Place between meat slices.
    Roast in 450 degrees for 15 minutes and then 350 degrees for 30 minutes for medium rare.
    Add stir fry veggies or tossed salad for quick meal.
