Rice-Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large green peppers, halved
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 c. tomato juice
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. rice, cooked or 1 c. leftover rice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove seeds from peppers.
Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes; drain.
Place in baking dish.
Mix ground beef, cooked rice, egg, salt, onion and enough tomato juice to moisten.
Fill peppers.
Pour remaining tomato juice over peppers.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
