Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. cubed ham
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 c. uncooked rice
    12 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    In skillet, over medium heat, cook garlic in butter for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except shrimp.
    Heat to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover; simmer 25 minutes.
    Add shrimp. Cook covered 5 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
