Hot Jalapeno Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
6 eggs
Preparation

Mix cheeses and put half in a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam.
Spread chopped peppers over cheese, then top off with remaining cheese.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until top bubbles and edges brown slightly.
Cut in 1-inch squares.
Serve hot or cold.
