Chicken With Chipped Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, boned and skin removed
    6 slices bacon
    1 small pkg. chipped beef
    1 medium can sliced button mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. dry Sauterne
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chipped beef (no salt) crumbled in bottom of buttered casserole (7 x 11-inch).
    Wrap bacon around the chicken breasts and sprinkle with pepper. Combine soup, sour cream and cream cheese in a blender or electric mixer.
    Add mushrooms with spoon and pour over chicken breasts in casserole.
    Cover with foil and cook at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Remove foil and add Sauterne.
    Cook for one more hour.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Serves 6.
