Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar (can omit)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn (use vacuum packed, no juice)
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
    2 carrots, peeled and grated
    1/2 c. diced onions (red looks nice)
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
    Add the corn, pimento, carrots and onions.
    Toss to blend.
