Mother'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small pkg. macaroni
    2 qt. water
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Chop onions.
    Add potatoes, onions and stewed tomatoes to the water.
    Boil until potatoes are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add macaroni and boil 5 minutes. Turn burner off.
    Cover.
    Macaroni will soften and soup will be ready in about 20 minutes.
