Bow Tie And Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sirloin steak
3 c. asparagus, 2-inch pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can beef broth
3 c. cooked pasta, bow ties
1 Tbsp. basil
1 c. tomato puree
3 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut steak in strips (2-inches); set aside.
In large skillet or wok, add 1 cup of the beef broth, asparagus and onion.
Cook until asparagus is tender.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Cook steak.
Add salt and pepper.
Add asparagus and onion to steak. Add rest of broth and tomato puree.
Stir until blended.
Add in cooked bow ties and heat until hot.
Serve with fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top.
