Crock-Pot Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (about 1-inch thick)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    2 celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut steaks into 6 serving pieces.
    Dredge in flour mixed with salt and pepper to taste; place in crock-pot.
    Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour tomatoes over meat and vegetables.
    Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours.
