Chocolate Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Scald milk (set aside).
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, salt, vanilla and chocolate.
    Pour hot milk slowly over egg mixture. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Custard is done when table knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Oven temperature:
    450\u00b0. Bake 10 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes more.
