Low-Fat Strawberry Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    4 Egg Beaters (1 carton)
    1 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
Preparation
    Cream together Egg Beaters, liquid Butter Buds, sugar and strawberries.
    Sift together the dry ingredients and blend with strawberries.
    Stir in Grape-Nuts.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans that have been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cook on wire rack.
    Only .09 g fat per slice.
