Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    8 slices bread
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon (optional)
    4 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    onion and green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Break bread up in a 9 x 13-inch dish, slightly greased.
    Mix 4 eggs and
    1 1/2 cups milk and pour over bread.
    Add cooked sausage (bacon, onion and pepper) and 2 cups cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day:
    Mix soup with 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk and pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
