Herb Baked Fish And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. unbreaded fish fillets
    paprika (optional)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, combine hot broth, uncooked rice and seasonings.
    Bake, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Top with broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions and Parmesan cheese.
    Place fish diagonally down center; sprinkle fish lightly with paprika.
    Bake, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
    Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
