Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 large pan corn bread
4 Tbsp. butter
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender, adding salt.
Debone chicken. Reserve broth.
Mix corn bread, onion, celery, bell pepper, eggs and butter.
Add chicken.
Pour broth over corn bread mixture; has to be almost soupy.
Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
